The only thing that I did not care for is the smell of animals in the hallways and room...however, it is very pet friendly, which is a plus.”

If you are picky about pillows, bring your own. I highly recommend Hampton Inns at Cedar Park if you are staying in the Austin area.”

“The room was clean enough. One of the remotes for the tv was missing, and one of the bathroom doors was hard to close.”

“I stayed at this hotel and woke up in the middle of the night itching like crazy. I turned on the light and saw that there were red bumps on my arms and shoulders. I checked around the bed and found a bed bug. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night because of itching and fear that more bugs would get on me. I put one of the bed bugs in a cup and showed it to the desk manager the next morning - she offered me a 10% discount, which I thought was ridiculous. Don't stay at this place.”

“Had some kind of bugs in the bed that came out as soon as we turned off the light. Informed the staff at check-out, but they didn't seem to care. We actually left in the middle of the night because of the bugs. The room was filthy, the drain in the sink was full of hair. Floor was also dirty and the blanket had stains...”
