Centralt hotell
Litet hotell nära centrum. Sängarna var bra. Mycket nytt och fräscht renoverat badrum.

OK in general but read the comments
The Originals Boutique hotel are a nice and comfortable hotel but do not expect the 3 star service and they have no ambition to go for 4 stars. Small and comfortable rooms, breakfast ok but if you ask for any additional service they will overcharge you. We asked for ice since we visited a wineyard who brought us a test of wine for our wedding so we asked for ice but we could have a glass of ice for free or a bucket for 5€. Of course we asked for a bucket but we got ice as in a glass with cold water and the old lady who gave it where rude and left us alone when we asked for real ice. She also worked when we checked out and had the same bad attitude even though we didn't complained about anything. Our stay was ok but this lady destroyed all experiences from this hotel. They also tried to charge us for parking but there are a free parking just across the street and it is for free and safe and always available spots.

L'hôtel est très joli, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. L'accueil est parfait, le personnel est très sympathique et aux petit soins pour votre bien être. Une mention spécial pour leurs sourires à tout heure.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Hôtel bien situé à l’entrée du centre ville avec possibilité facile de stationner. Bien restauré,il offre un bon confort et une très grande propreté.L’accueil est agréable. Excellent petit déjeuner,très complet,avec des produits de qualité. Je recommande.

A single night's stay
A disabled room was requested when making an online booking, along with a clear statement of my wife's situation. The initial allocated room was not suitable & ignored the booking request. It was clear when the room was changed that there was no disabled-friendly room in the hotel ... no other guests appeared to be disabled: access from the garage was by stairs. The shower cubicle was impossible to use for my wife & it was a very tight fit for my 1.90m height. A nearby room became very very noisy from 4 a.m. [in the morning] with loud noises & regular shower usage - completely unacceptable. Reception appeared to be generally disinterested in our comments.

Reserve habitacion "privilege" con cama queen y me dieron standard con 2 camas. Me cobraron habitacion privilege - viendo las fotos, claramente la numero 48 que me dieron es standard. Destaco ademas la pesima atencion de 2 personas (mujeres) en la recepcion. Por el contrario a la mañana a la salida hubo una muy amable. Puede ser que NADIE hable ingles u otra lengua ademas del frances???

The reception area and front of property is fine however my room did not match this and would never be described as boutique. We were given a room out the back by a garage which did not feature in any of the pictures and did not match description of facilities. Basic is an understatement! Shower is chest height and does not adjust, angled to spray out the enclosure. No toiletries, no safe, no bath (specified as a room feature). The towels are very worn out and the biggest towel was small. The receptionists English was as good as my French (basic/intermediate) and between us we established the issues, of which she said the other rooms are fine but this is all they have as a quad room. Would not offer refund. Breakfast is overpriced for the very limited options. The pool table sloped and nothing else in the ‘games room’ worked. Everything about my stay was basic and overpriced. I would never stay again.

Nice old hotel
Pleasant hotel good for a stop over. Small rooms but an interesting hotel. Staff not very helpful and didn’t reply to emails.
