Perfectly Gorgeous

The view is incredible and the location is perfect. It’s just far enough away from town to have quiet but close enough for any and all quick trips. Kitchen was perfect for easy meals to eat on the deck and it was clean and well kept. Can’t wait to come back.

Outstanding water view from deck, living room and bedroom. Light, bright, roomy and airy space outfitted with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The golf cart was an added (needed) bonus. Super comfy bed!Loved the kitchen opening up to the living space and the ocean view! Washer and dryer just outside the front door was especially appreciated and handy. The entire community is just breathtaking and magical. We have family on the island and look forward to staying here again!

Clean rooms big balcony and a golf cart included was the best money can buy. Great deal on this place I loved it. Stayed here just my girlfriend and I as a graduation present. Really safe and relaxing.

The stay was excellent!! Kitchen had everything that was needed, thebed was super comfortable!! Very clean and the Balcony was awesome in the morning. Golf cart was super useful, But the fumes back were a little heavy at times. Thanyou for a great stay!!!

An absolute perfect stay for small families - will stay here again!

From the incredible and consistent communication to the accuracy of the listing, my family and I loved staying at this location. We had only a small snafuu with the golf cart upon our first night there but the communication with the host and their prompt response was so appreciated and top notch service. The place was clean and well furnished, the location was unbeatable, the views were unreal, and the value for the place that we got was incredible. We will definitely be making this trip an annual thing and we will be staying here again!

Such a beautiful view and the grounds are equally stunning. A quick (and super fun) golf cart ride into town. Couldn’t have had a better time. This property is so great. And the balcony is spacious!! We used it a few times per day to soak up the beauty of Catalina Island!!!

Great location on island with great view. This is really a one bedroom place with a couch bed in the very small living room. Place is in need of trim paint and floor repair. Golf cart is welcome but old and dirty.
