Vi är glada att kunna erbjuda vår golfvagn för din användning om villkoren är uppfyllda. Strax ovanför taket i Santa Catalinas pittoreska lilla stad Avalon är "inbäddat" denna Tri-Level övre nivå svit bara några steg (ungefär ett halvt stadsblock) från strandpromenaden och sandstränderna. När du kommer tillbaka från en rolig dag väntar en uppfriskande simning på dig, eftersom vi är glada att kunna erbjuda en av få pooler och spa på Catalina ... Säkerhetskopiera vid sviten .. Fantastisk utsikt över hamnen, staden och kanten från alla 2 privata balkonger påminner om Santa Catalinas skönhet och den sinnesstämning som avslöjats i livsstilen "Island".

    Ja, detta är en semester, och "ön" väntar på en med aktiviteter som golf, tennis, dykning, fiske, vandring, para-segling, minigolf, glasbåt, shopping, fina restauranger och så mycket Mer.

    Chicago Cubs brukade ha "Spring Training" i Avalon redan på 50- och 60-talet; och man kan lära sig och läsa mycket av denna uppskattade historia genom att besöka kasinomuseet och Country Club-restaurangen intill golfbanan, som innehåller många fotografier av "årets pojkar".

    Läs också om de förlagda filmstjärnorna som prydde Catalina-landskapet i början av filmframställningen medan du filmade många filmer. Och andra värdighetsmän ...

Beautiful rental, and we loved having the golf cart included. Owners responded quickly to our questions. Check in and out were quick and easy, Would definitely rent again!

Amazing and peaceful location

We had an amazing time here. It is nice that we were a little further from the beach so we could enjoy the peace and quiet on the patio away from the crowds of the beach, but still easily within walking distance from everything. Everything was very clean and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Villa Casablanca! Our host Kim was very communicative and set great expectations and provided information for not only the rental but amenities around town. The rental itself was perfect for our family of 5. Tons of space, clean and easily accessible to the town of Avalon. The bonus was the free private golf cart that came with our rental! Our family enjoyed that a lot and made the trip even more memorable for our kids.

3 Day Getaway

With 4 adults having a Golf Cart made our stay in Avalon easy to site see and visit areas inaccessible by walking.

Great stay, great views, great all around!

Comfortable, clean, and accurate listing. Walkable from the ferry dock and most places in town. We named the golf cart “Rosita,” and had fun exploring the further points of interest. We would definitely stay here again.

Laid back Catalina

My family and l enjoyed our stay in Catalina. The golf cart was a plus for getting our bags to the condo. We had a change in plans and only stayed one night. I would recommend this property.

Great location. Grocery store just a few blocks away and next to the golf cart parking lot. Golf cart inxluded is a big plus. Use the email with the golf cart license number. The license number in the unit is an old license number. Quite a few stairs from the entrance to the elevator and in the unit, all with a handrail. Coffee is not provided, only left over from the previous renter. Kleenex tissue was not provided. Beds are soft. Unit is spacious and very nice. Nice view from top balcony.

Great stay in Avalon

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Casablanca. The unit was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and roomy. Location is close to everything in town. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided lots of local information. The use of the golf cart is an added bonus.All in all we had a delightful stay, just be prepared to negotiate all the stairs.

Excellent Communication and Views

My group rented both condos. It was perfect for our stay. The views were amazing, the golf carts were a bonus, but you can really walk anywhere on the island from the condo. Kim was an awesome communicator. Would definitely stay again!

Great weekend getaway

This was a great location for our weekend getaway with our friends. Great communication from the very beginning. Check instructions were clear and easy. The place was clean and with a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

This property location is great place to stay. However, as this property is built on a hillside there are numerous stairs. Stairs could be marked with safety paint.

The condo is a perfect size for two couples, great location, and the owners were available to address any of our concerns Unfortunately, the pool has been under construction for two years but it’s still listed as one of the amenities We would love to go back once the pool is working Overall a positive experience

A great stay in town

Property clean and great communications. Eric assisted with the correct golf key as the people before us put the wrong key in the lock box. Also it was a little hard to sleep through the night as there is no AC and we didn’t want to leave the sliding doors open through the night. But all in all a great stay that fit my family of 4 easily.

Long weekend in Avalon

The condo was exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of room, and very nice and comfortable. The complementary golf cart was a huge plus, and we had a great weekend. The unit could have been cleaned a little better, we noticed a few minor areas missed by the maid service, but overall not bad. The automated email communication was prompt and accurate, but there was no direct contact with the property management, so I don’t know how responsive they are if anything was needed. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would stay again.

This is a well-maintained, nice condo. We had a quiet and pleasant stay. Be prepared for a lot of stairs. It is a long way from the ferry docks and the beach, but having the golf cart available made it work for us. We enjoyed touring the entire area at our own pace, following the "scenic golf cart self-guided tour. Be prepared for a lot of stairs.We enjoyed the condo, though the internet connection was spotty on our first night while we tried to watch a movie (probably an island problem, not the condo).The owners and the manager were very responsive. We needed softer pillows, and Chela found some and delivered them. The master bedroom has two very good queen beds. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed that slumps in the middle- we kept rolling toward the center (it should be firmed up or replaced).Overall, it was a fun trip and the condo worked for us and our adult granddaughters. Everyone was pleasant and friendly everywhere. Vons' food prices are the same as on the mainland (surprise!). We missed our trip into the island interior and the Wrigley Ranch due to a house fire on the road. Bummer. We'll just have to come bsck some day soon
