âThe property was conveniently located near everything we wanted to visit. The daily breakfast helped get us ready for the day, although I'd recommend the local coffee shop over the hotel coffee, personally. The indoor pool was a great way to start or end the day. Overall the staff and property were well worth the charges and helped provide for a great visit.â
âSpacious clean room, has small refrigerator and keurig for coffee a plus. Valet parking convenient and courteous service. Convenient location in downtown Asheville, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would stay here again when in downtown Asheville. â

âAmazing Stay ;) I had an issue the day I Checked in with a guy who asked me for Money as I was walking inside to Check in ( I had bags in my hands & My dog on a Leash ) . I told him I had NO cash but he told me well there is an ATM Inside ??Ugh âŠI ignored him & Went inside . Later on I was at the bar Ordered a drink & Food when I heard someone Saying Hello to me I turned around & Saw it was that same guy ? He sat at the bar next to me & Asked the Bartender for a Glass of Water but I couldnât...
âEvery aspect of this hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, kind, and warm. We got a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival. The staff at the roof top bar were also very friendly and made awesome drinks. We had our yellow lab with us and you could tell this is a pet friendly hotel. All of the staff wanted to say hello to her. The room was very comfy and the location was great. â

Generous room service was nice (lots of towels) and even fun to just people-watch in the grand lobby and listen to the front-desk staff accommodate just about every customer; this place goes above & beyond!

âThis hotel was great for me and my wife's stay for our anniversary. The staff was nice and attentive to our needs. Our room was clean and we had a great view! The location is perfect. Most things that we needed were within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here. We plan on staying here again in the future. â

âThis was a really good stay. The hotel was in a good location close to a lot of things. We went downtown and it was a quick drive. We also visited the blue ridge parkway which also was quick and easy to reach. The only thing is that it is quite heavy traffic and going left on the road when leasing the hotel was not so easy or felt safe. We solved that by going right and doing a turn after a while to get to the right direction.
