who bought it in 2016.
A 110 m2 house, two 60 m2 gîtes and a 45 m2 gîte are available for guests.

The garden includes garden furniture, an unsupervised heated swimming pool 7 by 3 by 1.50 metres deep (open from April to September) protected by a wrought iron fence and a protective curtain to C.E. standards. The garden is shared only with tenants of the Moulin de Tartay estate.
The 12,000 m2 grounds are enclosed and secure.
The property is monitored by outdoor cameras.

All accommodation is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
There is a dog on site, as well as hens, roosters and geese.
No parties or receptions on the estate.
No noise after 10 p.m.
