Amore Avila en extraordinär Avila-upplevelse

Ligger tvärs över gatan fr��n Avila Golf Resort, erbjuder hemmet öppet konceptliv, utsikt över kusten och sluttningarna. Avila Amore är utformat med öppet bostadsutrymme i åtanke. Det naturliga solljuset häller in i vardagsrummet och två skjutdörrar i vardagsrummet är öppna för att skapa en bekväm kryssbris. I köket finns bänkskivor av kvarts stenplattor, och apparater av rostfritt stål i Thermador. Fine Room & Board moderna möbler överallt.

På huvudnivå finns också ett sovrum. Det första sovrummet på huvudnivån har en bekväm storstora drottning, minnesskum-bäddsoffa (+ 5 tum). Det finns ett komplett badrum med badkar / dusch kombination tillgänglig för sovrummet precis utanför korridoren.

Upp ett trappsteg till en jr. svit och stor mastersvit. Jr. sviten har en king size-säng och eget badrum med badkar / dusch kombination.

På andra våningen finns också en stor mastersvit. Befälhavaren sviten har en king size-säng och rymligt badrum. Befälhavaren badrummet har en dubbla handfat fåfänga, badkar och rymlig duschkabin. Strax utanför befälhavaren svit är en annan balkong med en glimt av utsikt över havet och piren. Öppna skjutdörren för att höra ljudet av rullande vågor och känna den milda havsbrisen mot din hud. Början till en perfekt strandmorgon.

Sängkläder och sängkläder tillhandahålls. Köket är välfyllt för måltid prep och underhållande. Propangrill ligger utanför kökets balkong. Det finns ekhaggar i hela hemmet. Det finns en två bil garage, plus uppfart parkering för 2 fler bilar. Ägaren lagrar en personlig bil i garaget, så totalt finns det totalt 3 parkeringsplatser för gäster (1 inuti garaget, 2 i uppfarten). Du kommer in i hemmet från en privat enhet (Beach Colony Drive) och den här vägen leder till stranden och stadsdelen. De bättre pittoreska vyer är på baksidan av huset. Med den privata vägen under balkongerna finns det minimalt fotgängare och autostörningar i jämförelse med andra Avila Beach-platser.

Minsta nattvistelser är baserade på säsongsmässighet. Prissättningen är baserad på beläggning på 4. Ytterligare gäster debiteras en extra kostnad per natt.

We had a wonderful stay at this Avila Beach vacation rental. The proximity to the beach was fantastic—just a short stroll and you’re right on the sand. It was also easy to walk to local shops, restaurants, and cafés, making it convenient to grab a bite or enjoy a cup of coffee without ever needing to drive. Mission Pizza and the Custom House are must-tries, and there’s a cozy local coffee shop nearby for your morning caffeine fix. Inside, the home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable—everyone in our group slept great after long days of exploring. We appreciated the overall layout and thoughtful amenities; the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and taking a hot shower after a day at the beach was a real treat. We only experienced one minor issue: the sink in the master bathroom was a bit slow to drain. However, this didn’t affect our overall stay and was easily outweighed by the home’s many positives. Between the excellent location and the welcoming, tidy space, we’d definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Avila Beach.

Very Nice Property.

Avila beach never disappoints and this property did not either. If you have a service dog, they will ask you, what kind of service dog they are and what they are trained to do. They will also monitor you coming in and out. There are cameras everywhere. I was asked how many people were staying there because the owner said "the door opening and closing" suggested we had more than 6 people in the home. None the less, the property is as described and very comfortable and clean.

Great location in downtown Avila

We stayed for a week in Avila with three kids ages 3-5 and the condo was great for our stay given proximity to beach, Avila Barn and downtown SLO. A few notes for families with small kids: the living room space is not that big so three little kids felt cramped at times when playing puzzles/toys on the floor. If you're adults or bigger kids this isn't likely an issue. Also, the master bedroom gets a lot of direct sun in the afternoon and there are no blackout shades which made nap time in that room impossible. Again, not an issue for bigger kids/adults. The home has soft water (this is common for all the houses in the area) but if you're sensitive to the taste bring some bottles/jugs of water for drinking. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and basic seasonings. There was shampoo/conditioner in the baths which was appreciated. Thanks for the stay!

Perfect getaway to reset!

Really clean and new. Great spaces in the home to gather or retreat for alone time. The house has all you need except beach towels. We biked, walked and ran to the beach and down the Bob Jone’s trail several times during our stay. We also made a few trips into San Luis. There is so much to do. One of my favorite spots in the house was the sunny balconies with a glimpse of the ocean on the horizon. You are close to neighbors but it didn’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

Great trip...terrible management experience

House is as listed and clean!! Perfect location. Unfortunately owners are watching you on camera and will Count your guest and try to charge. Felt a bit creepy as it was an all girls trip. Now when I think of my vacation from working as a COVID RN I will think of the terrible after experience trying to figure out pending charges on my credit card and knowing I was being watched and not the wonderful trip I had.

Life is good at the beach!

We had a great time at Amore Avila. From the moment we walked in to the sparkling clean condo we knew it was going to be a great stay. Our kids did remote learning a few of the days and the set up in the office was perfect with 2 desks and a sofa bed. We loved being a short walk to the beach and enjoying evenings on the balconies. We hope to stay at Amore Avila again.

Classy Beach Getaway

Beautifully built, pleasing, soothing and comfortable decor. Every amenity we could need was available. High end appliances in kitchen. TV, Wifi and Cable Service was available. We had a problem accessing the Sonos speaker system although we followed all directions. Directions for all electronics were provided and were very helpful. A simple, but extra nice touch. The house was safe and secure and immaculate. The beds were a bit too hard and could use a soft topper, but comfortable enough. Noise is a problem from the street front of the house, but there is quite a bit of construction going on in town and possibly more trucks traveling through the area than is usual. Great vacation!

Perfect place for a long weekend getaway with friends!

Enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect place for a couples getaway. House is super clean and smells new. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon provided and came in handy when we went to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Only thing that was not communicated correctly was the parking situation. They said there were only 2 spots but there were more than that so frustrating when we could have taken one more car. Also there was plenty of street parking that was not noted accurately either. Other than that great little place.
