Our room was not well cleaned, especially the bath room was not. Neither was the cutlery and porcelain at the breakfast clean. Staff at reception could not answer our questions about mountain trails. In general, the staff at the reception could be more service-minded. The employees at the bar were the best part of this hotel experience, very sympathic.â

âRoom was nice but very small for 3 people. The family apartment we booked had a broken air conditioner and it was very hot so we were moved to a one room apartment with bed moved in.
The breakfast was amazing! The owner is wonderful and very accommodating. The pool is great!â
