Viale Sandro Pertini offers seven kilometers of beach, both public and with beach clubs. Within one kilometer, you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and pharmacies.



Two parking spaces are available on the property, plus free street parking. Pets are allowed, provided you follow the specific rules communicated at check-in, such as keeping them out of the house if they shed hair or might cause other issues. The property is step-free and features wide doors for easy access. The house will be prepared according to the number of guests booked, and it is strictly forbidden to host additional people, even if they do not stay overnight.
