-During the colder months, the house is kept cozy by the use of hydronic baseboard heaters in every room, with separate controls in each bedroom.

-4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended in the Rocky Mountains, especially in the winter months and often required with traction laws during snow storms.
