Mon Petit Paradis Cottage with Lake View, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Mon Petit Paradis is a 77 m² cottage in Avrillé, centrally located on the estate and surrounded by fields. A one-hectare pond allows for catch-and-release fishing, and the lake view adds to the tranquil atmosphere. Children will love the owners’ birds, parrots, chickens, ducks, and pygmy goats.



The cottage accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and has a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a drip coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room ensures comfort year-round. Wi-Fi, TV, a dedicated workspace, and beach towels are provided for your coastal outings. Enjoy outdoor meals in the garden with your private barbecue. A shared washer and dryer are available on site, as well as communal parking. Step-free access makes arrival easy for everyone.



Please note: We are in the countryside, so a car is essential for getting around and shopping. The hosts live on site but not in the cottage.



House rules: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly forbidden inside. No frying. Please do not flush wipes or sanitary products. No events allowed on the property.



Cleaning is not included in the booking but is available for an extra fee on site.



Pets are only accepted in the L'Échappé Belle accommodation.
