Dear Mr. Gustavo, We would like to thank you and we appreciated your comments. All teams in Anesis Hotel make their best effort to satisfy all guests’ needs and to deliver the best experience. The first time you report the incident with the young noisy guests at the reception, we offer you the opportunity to change room, but you refuse to do so. The second time you report the same incident at the reception we took actions immediately by confronting the guests. The same time we offer you for the second time the opportunity to change room. Also you took advantage for the 4 drinks and you did not trade that with late check out. With regards to the young guests, unfortunately the hotel has no control as to whom the Tour Operators sell the hotel to. They can book the hotel in exactly the same way as you did. It is indeed an issue faced with all hotels close to the center this year and we are all trying to minimizing it by increasing security. Hopefully things will return to normal in a couple of weeks.
