This 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned apartment (55m²) comfortably accommodates 5 persons in one double bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and one sofa bed in the cozy living room. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, espresso machine and microwave. The kitchen opens up to a large balcony with a little sea view. The bathroom has a relaxing shower with all toiletries provided. A washing machine is available free of charge at the common area of the building.

As we all know, if you are visiting Ayia Napa you must expect to hear some noise(music) because Ayia Napa is famous for its nightlife and being a small town with bars and pubs scattered all over it, chances are that you will hear some music. The advantage of my apartment is that it is located at a non-busy street just behind the center of Ayia Napa, so any noise or music is lower (windows closed) compared with other areas in Ayia Napa. Therefore, it combines a good environment for relaxing at home, whilst at the same time, it is just a few minutes away from supermarkets, shops, beaches, restaurants, clubs, bars, laundry service, tourist information, car rental, and many other services. This unique and rare combination for an apartment located in Ayia Napa gives guests the opportunity to enjoy Ayia Napa to the maximum and is suitable for every kind of traveling purpose regardless of personal preferences and age. Our guests enjoy FREE access to Pier Anne beach hotel, which is located about 1.2km away from our apartment (12-minute walk) where you can enjoy lower price cocktails and use the swimming pool free of charge.

With a stunning coastal location, there are obviously loads of boat trips that sail from Ayia Napa. You can choose from a submarine, a lazy day cruise, a party boat, or even a pirate ship! Other daytime activities include the crowd-pulling pool parties, the award-winning waterpark, the beaches, diving, quad biking, jeep safari's.... The list is endless!



At night time in Ayia Napa there are beach parties, bar crawls, foam parties and paint parties or visit the funfair, the haunted house, or just enjoy a tasty meal in a local restaurant before strolling around the shops on bustling Nissi Avenue. Whatever you are into, you will find plenty of fun things to do in Ayia Napa.

The most popular daytime activities in Ayia Napa are the gorgeous beaches and the buzzing Pool Parties. If you want to be a bit more adventurous, do the Quad Bike Safari, walk on the seabed with Undersea Adventures or take one of the many boat trips which will take you along the beautiful coastline of Cyprus and allow you to top up your tan and take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear Mediterranean sea.

-We can arrange a taxi directly from Larnaca or paphos airport. (extra charge)

-Guests can take a direct bus shuttle from Larnaca airport or bus line 711 from Larnaca center and arrive at the main bus stop of Ayia Napa Monastery which is only 3 minutes walk from the apartment.



Public transportation such as taxis and buses are located in the center of Ayia Napa, which is just a three-minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bus stop just opposite the apartment. A public parking space is available at the property for guests.
