This 36 m² apartment in Azille can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a 10 m² terrace. Wifi included, bed linen and towels extra, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A 10 m² terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Communal area:
- A swimming pool (unheated) open from April to October with a small children's pool. Pool opening dates are non-contractual.

The apartment is ideally located in Azille, in a closed and secure residence with access code. 5-hectare park with fitness trail, ping pong, children's games and snack bar next to the pool. Very close to the Canal du Midi (5 min walk), 15 min from the lake, close to the town of HOMPS, 30 min from Narbonne, one hour from Carcasssonne and close to a Super U (5min).

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the residence's private parking lot (an access code will be transferred to you).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
