For groups of 14 or more, there is a second ADU with King bed in loft (over 400 square feet counting loft). This ADU has a coffee bar, fridge, microwave, and full bath. To be clear, this property is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, with optional ADU's. See pics! Private gated ranch on acreage, yet close to shopping, restaurants, and more. Parking for up to 20 cars. Loafing shed for horses in back corner of property. Heated 7.5’ x 12’ Swim Spa and a separate Hot Tub!
