This is a really excellent hotel. Great location. Next to metro. Adjacent to all the sites. The staff was lovely. They gave us access to our room early. Lots of space in the room. Adjustable thermostat (nice and cold). Spacious shower. Comfortable bed. Hotel smells great as well. I would always choose this hotel when in Madrid

"A wonderful hotel! Breakfast was out of this world! The restaurant de la orza next door was outstanding as was the osteria. In the Jewish district, it was close to everything. The museum de el pintor greco was a must!"

"We arrived on a hot day in May but the hotel refused to turn on the air conditioner as it was still getting cool at night. They had no fans either. They told us to open our "window".
