âThis hotel is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood and still has easy access everywhere. FYI, when we arrived on Sunday, the tram #3 did not go straight to the tram stop near the hotel (Music Academy), and we needed to switch to the #3 bus, which took us some figuring out--obviously the hotel should not be blamed for this. We got just the right degree of attention from the hotel staff during our stay. Tall people may find the attic room we were in a little restrictive as well as the cabinet...

The hotel was situated very close to the Rhine River with walking distance from the city centre, which was great. Good wi-fi! The room lacked air condition, which made it very hot in the summer warmth. An outside shade system, a big fan and reasonable pricing made up for the hot room though. If I visit Basel...

âThe hotel was great. Beautiful and comfortable, the personnel was very welcoming and nice. The location is perfect, although there had been a major fire in the building in front and the area was busy with workers and fences to solve the aftermath of the fire. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I got the salmon-trout which was cooked to perfection.â

"Ett helt ok hotell med bra lÀge. Det som drar ner betyget Àr att det Àr lite slitet. StÀdningen var sÄdÀr. Missade att byta en handduk som lÀmnats pÄ golvet och glömde tömma papperskorgen. Dessutom fungerade inte TVn pÄ rummet. Trots att vi sa till lyckades man inte lösa det under vistelsen. "
