“When I checked in the room was very hot & reeked smell of sweat. Later I noticed the the pillow covers & bed sheet to be smudged and the source of the smell. I had asked the staff to replace them & they lied that they replaced it.
I will NOT stay here again !! ”

“The service at this property has been extremely disappointing. They currently have one manager handling both Fairfield and Four Points Sheraton, which has resulted in the food service being combined—breakfast at the Four Points building and dinner at the Fairfield building. Because of this, the restaurant areas are poorly maintained; tables are often left unclean, and guests are made to wait just to be seated.
There are clearly staffing and/or training issues. I ordered dinner around 5:00 PM...

“Carpets were dirty with many stains. Room had a bad odour. Windows glass pane was dirty. TV remote had missing cover for battery and keys not readable. Room service replaced it.Reception said they would change room but alternate rooms same condition. Food at restaurant was very good. Service at restaurant was excellent.”
