Hotell i Backbone Mountain

“Had to park quite a distance from the hotel parking is very limited”

“Originally assigned to a room that was practically in the lobby, so you heard every conversation from there. We asked to be moved to another room. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The bathroom in the second room was not cleaned very well. We had to leave early, and were given a refund for the remaining night we did not stay, for which we were thankful for, also.”

“Great breakfast”

“Pro tip: don't try to find this place in the dark! We were lucky to find someone who could point out the street to us. Little to no GPS or cell service in the area so download your directions and room info ahead of time. Inn was lovely. Beautifully restored and maintained. Breakfast was self-serve and adequate. Rooms were beautiful and beds were comfy. We had a little trouble finding our rooms due to the lack of cell service so couldn't pull up the email. Had to wake up the poor owner at 10 at...

“The room was very stuffy but thankfully the ac did work so that helped. There were dead spiders and spider webs in the shower corners and hair in the bathroom. The bed was clean but FYI bring your own pillow. The TV only had one channel and the volume didnt work it was on one volume or mute. Also the wifi didn't even show up cause they put us in a room so far away.. Breakfast was just cereal and pastries. No fruit and anything healthy”

“Bra hotell, ligger lite utanför Elkins men det finns restauranger relativt nära. Hyfsad frukost”

“The property was very nice, the rooms and amenities were very clean. It was a cute little spot, I recommend staying if you're in the area! Our bed sagged a little in the middle but otherwise we had no issues with our stay.”

“I never did find an ice machine; not sure if there's one there. This operation has apparently experienced a change in ownership, and the new owners, Raul and Josie, are trying hard. While we were there, there was a leak from the bathtub that got to the unit below us, and we had to temporarily locate to the unit next door, then back after they finished repairs by next day noon. Expedia really should include phone numbers to the operators when booking because it will better facilitate emergency...

“The room was clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The property was very pretty. We would stay again.”

“This little cabin was the perfect getaway for me and my husband!! It is beautiful!!”

“I would highly recommend it”
