This villa is designed for simplicity and comfort. Just a 2-minute walk from the beach, it’s an easy place to relax, surf, or enjoy La Union’s vibrant scene.

Set in a peaceful area yet close to cafés, restaurants, and bars—everything is just a short drive or trike away. Ideal for families, barkada trips, or laid-back getaways.

The space
Our villa is a spacious and cozy retreat that can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

Location: Oceanside Villa, Baroro, Bacnotan, La Union

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with the following for your use:
· Stove
· Refrigerator
· Rice cooker
· Microwave
· Toaster oven
· Kitchenware
· Dinnerware
· Dishwashing liquid & sponge
· Complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar

LIVING & DINING:
- The living and dining area is a bright and open space where you can gather with family or friends.
- Visitors may be allowed during your stay BUT STRICTLY NOT OVERNIGHT, and provided the total number of people does not exceed the maximum occupancy and noise is kept to a minimum.
- The living room has comfortable seating with plenty of throw pillows.
- There is also a flat-screen TV equipped with Netflix and other streaming options. It’s a great spot to relax after a day at the beach.

BATHROOMS:
- The bathrooms are equipped with hot and cold showers for your comfort.
- We provide shampoo, body wash, hand wash, and toilet paper.
- Fresh towels are also provided. Guests who require more than one towel per person are encouraged to bring extras.

BEDROOMS:
- The villa offers multiple bedrooms with comfortable beds that can accommodate large groups with ease.
- Fresh linens are provided to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

POOLSIDE PATIO:
- Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a beach day or lounging under the sun.
- The pool is cleaned and vacuumed regularly to ensure it’s always ready for you. But expect some dried leaves falling occasionally due to the wind.

ROOFDECK:
- The roofdeck is an ideal spot to unwind with sweeping views of the surrounding area. It’s perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply stargazing at night.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the villa, swimming pool, and common areas. The beach is only a 2-minute walk away, and nearby cafés, restaurants, and bars are within a 10-minute drive.

Please expect occasional visits by our caretaker.

Other things to note
~ CAPACITY & PRICING ~
Rate includes up to 13 guests.
Additional guests: ₱1,400 per person per night (up to 16 guests).
We can accommodate up to 20 guests upon request (space will be tighter).
Children 2 years old and below stay free (with valid ID).

~ WATER SYSTEM UPDATE ~
We recently experienced a temporary water pressure issue, which has already been fully resolved.
We’ve since improved our system and added safeguards to ensure a consistent and comfortable water supply for all guests.
If you ever need anything during your stay, our team is always ready to assist promptly.

~ Guests are required to submit a valid government ID prior to arrival (passport for foreign nationals). Sensitive details may be covered if preferred.

~ Check-In Time: 4:00 PM onwards
Check-Out Time: Before 12:00 PM

~ Parking is available - The villa has a private 2-car garage and another spot may be available beside the guardhouse. WE ONLY ALLOW MAX OF 3 CARS TO GUARANTEE PARKING.

~ We do allow early check-ins and late check-outs on a case-to-case basis depending on the day’s schedule, but we reserve the right to decline such requests.

~ CONNECTIVITY
The villa has reliable WiFi (Converge) service for your convenience.

~ SAND OFF : Please make sure that sand, tanning oil and sunblock lotion are fully rinsed off from your body before getting into the pool. This is to avoid any inconvenience to the guests checking in after you. Please be assured though that we clean and vacuum the pool regularly, to ensure you of having a clean pool to use at all times.

~ NO KARAOKE : We respect and value the peace that our community, as well as our guests, come here for. Therefore, as much as we know how much fun it is to sing to our heart’s content, we strictly do not allow the use of Karaoke in the property. Thank you for your compliance.

~ TWO AT A TIME TO SHOWER : May we also request that due to a not so strong water supply in the town of Bacnotan, although we have already 2 water tanks to ensure you of enough supply, we wish to request only 2 people to shower at a time to have ample water pressure all throughout your bath.
