“This was a pleasant inn with good service and a comfortable and well equipped room (slight issues with damp in the bathroom notwithstanding). The breakfast and food in the restaurant was generally excellent (but I would avoid the Eggs Benedict). Blaenavon is a pleasant quiet village with some local sights to see like the National Coal Museum and convenient distances to Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons by car.”
“It was a great place to stay, its something new and different, when i stayed me and wife were the only 2 people checked in, we meet the owner of the property got a tour around the place, the garden area needs a little TLC on the path ways but we didnt mine this it was nice, the owner is extremely happy nice lady she was upbeat and chatting each time she saw us made sure we were okay and check if we needed anything.

“From the moment we arrived we were welcomed into the B&B and offered refreshment after a long journey. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast choices were superb. Best cooked breakfast I have had in a long time. The host was very knowledgeable about the area and after we had attended a wedding ensured there was fresh milk for us to make a drink when we got back late in the evening. Thoroughly recommend.
