Hotell i Bacton

“omgivningen var tråkig, vid landsväg och på landet utan möjlighet att promenera därifrån! rummen låg i trista annex-byggnader medan pub och restaurant var trevligt, mysigt och stämde bra med bilderna”

“The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. “Staff are very helpful and create a pleasant friendly environment, good standards of cleanliness throughout. Lovely big breakfast served by staff member attentive to customer needs.”

“Rummet kändes inte speciellt fräscht. Ingen god doft. Täcket/lakanet doftade inte nytvättat, örngotten likaså. Kuddarna var hårda.”

“There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate.”

“Cory, the manager of The Fox, is a lovely host. Super hard working, he is around to serve breakfast and still managing the bar late at night. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and warm. Parking is immediately outside the rooms and easily accessed. Bury St Edmund’s is a lovely town with excellent shopping and coffee shops. Strongly recommend staying at The Fox for visiting Bury St Edmunds.”

“A beautiful thatched pub in the Suffolk countryside with original features and delicious breakfast”

“Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind!”

“The roast partridge and Rhone red were excellent, as was our room.”

“Staff was very friendly, super quiet hotel with air conditioning. Very clean.”
