The cozy holiday home offers two bedrooms, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower. Relax and unwind on the terrace. A playground for children is located nearby. As guests, you can go hiking, fishing (please obtain a permit from the city), or simply enjoy the garden. The home accommodates four to a maximum of six people. It was partially renovated in 2020, and the bathroom was completely renewed in 2024. All our holiday homes feature mobile internet, which, according to the provider, offers a stable connection—ideal for working from home or streaming movies and music. Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra fee. You will receive the key code after booking. Throughout the holiday park, TVs have been switched from analog to digital for improved picture and sound quality. Several parking spaces and two e-charging stations are available in the park. Facilities also include a playground, a barbecue area (please note: only electric grills are allowed by park management and are not provided by the house), a tennis court, a table tennis table, and a mini-golf course. In the nearby town of Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 km), you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, the hospital, Bad Arolsen Castle, and the year-round "Arobella" swimming pool. An additional tourist tax is payable on site.
