Welcome to Alpenblick 30 – your cozy retreat high above Bad Mitterndorf with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. This 55 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for families, friends, or active travelers looking for the perfect combination of relaxation and nature.



The apartment features two bedrooms with one double bed, one bunk bed, and one single bed, as well as an additional sofa bed in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a comfortable living room with flat-screen TV, a bathroom with shower, and several balconies facing southeast and west provide a pleasant stay in every season. A ski storage room and a bicycle cellar are also available for guests.



The GrimmingTherme spa is only about 2 km away and can easily be reached on foot. Shops and supermarkets are located in the village and are also within walking distance. The popular ski area Tauplitz-Alm is nearby and can be conveniently reached by shuttle bus from Bad Mitterndorf – the bus stop is only about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Other ski resorts such as Loser, Planneralm, Riesneralm, Planai, and Reiteralm can all be reached within less than one hour by car.



In summer, numerous hiking and cycling trails as well as beautiful lakes such as Ödensee, Grundlsee, and Altausseer See offer perfect opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities. The public swimming pool of Bad Mitterndorf is only about a 5-minute walk away. The famous Upper Austrian lake district with Hallstätter See, Wolfgangsee, and Attersee can also be reached in less than one hour by car.
