Chalet 1A: Four Seasons Wellness, Hiking, and Barbecue

Relax with family and friends in this super-spacious, luxury "1A Chalet" wellness retreat, LOCATED RIGHT NEAR THE SKI SLOPES AND IN THE KLIPPITZTÖRL HIKING AREA, featuring a glass-enclosed wellness area with a jacuzzi and infrared sauna. Towels and bed linens are INCLUDED in the price!
The chalet can accommodate up to 10 guests: 3 double bedrooms + 1 room with a loft bed + a pull-out couch in the living room.
The 1A Chalet 4 Jahreszeiten is located at an elevation of 1,500 hm.
Ski lifts are within easy reach on foot, on skis, or by car!
The Accommodation
PLEASE NOTE: The cleaning fee covers all of our operating costs. Not just cleaning. This includes, among other things: plenty of towels, bed linens, duvet covers, and sheets; electricity for the sauna and heating; a large supply of Nespresso capsules and enough charcoal for the grill; and free use of the parking spaces. Lawn mowing in the summer. Snow removal as best as possible during heavy snowfall in winter. If supplies run out or items are missing, please let us know immediately!

About the sauna: It is not a traditional sauna with a steam infusion but an infrared sauna.

"1A Chalet" is the owner and operator of all 1A Chalets. We expand annually with exceptional accommodations that meet the highest “personal” standards.

In our very large luxury chalet, you’ll find a wonderfully large and spacious living room with a great gas fireplace featuring an open flame, where you can also enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix or Sky via the 50" UHD TV.
You can also relax in a private wellness area featuring a jacuzzi, steam shower, and sauna.

In winter, enjoy perfect skiing in a vast ski area; in spring, summer, and fall, enjoy wonderful hiking trails.
You don’t need a car to go skiing. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the slopes, where you can head straight to the ticket office and then take the lift to enjoy the slopes. When there’s enough snow, you can comfortably ski right back to the chalet at the end of the day.

There are 4 bedrooms, all equipped with very comfortable beds. One of the bedrooms is ideal for children, as it has a bunk bed.

PLEASE NOTE: It will be cramped for 10 adults, as the bunk beds are actually designed for 2 children. In a pinch, however, adults can also fit, and the couch can be pulled out. So the maximum is 10 guests.
Of course, bed linens and towels are provided.

The spacious terrace is undoubtedly one of the highlights. Here you can enjoy incredible views and, in the summer, spend relaxing evenings watching magnificent sunrises and the play of colors at sunset.
