  • Dear vacationers,
    Come discover our beautiful, spacious, bright, and welcoming family home.
    You’ll have access to a double living room that opens onto a large, sunny terrace in a quiet setting.
    Enjoy an ideal location near the sea, situated between Vannes (20 minutes from the historic district and its harbor) and Auray (15 minutes from its charming little port of Saint-Goustan)
    Spanning approximately 260 m², the house is laid out as follows:
    You enter through the foyer, which features ample storage space, and then discover a beautiful living area, a first living room with a library, and a second TV room (Netflix, Amazon Prime)
    A kitchen and dining area with direct access through floor-to-ceiling windows to the outdoor terrace.
    You’ll also find a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as an outdoor area for drying your beach gear.
    A master suite on the first floor (160x200 double bed), walk-in shower, toilet, and a walk-in closet.
    Upstairs, a small relaxation area with a sofa and a TV leads to 3 bedrooms.

    Featuring a 2,100 m² garden and a 100 m² terrace furnished with a large table, chairs, a 6-seater corner sofa, lounge chairs, a parasol, a Weber barbecue (plancha and gas grill), outdoor games, and a pétanque court.
    Not to mention the must-see 10x4-meter pool.
    At your disposal: 1 electric bike, 1 regular bike, a canoe/kayak, and inflatable floats.
    Neighborhood description:
    5 minutes from Carrefour Drive-Thru and a gas station
    3 minutes from the town center, where you’ll find an excellent crêperie, café, bar/tobacco shop, newsstand, florist, bakery, and hair salon.
    Of course, in the surrounding area, you can enjoy magnificent walks along the coastal paths, which we’ll be sure to point out to you in our guest book.
