“The outdoor bar Gin and Juice was a tropical paradise with fun cocktails and a lovely garden setting. The Japanese restaurant was also excellent. Staff were very friendly and our room was large and beautifully appointed. We'll plan a trip to Cheltenham just to stay in the hotel again!”

“Fantastiskt hotell med väldigt bra läge. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga och väldigt måna om att vi hade allt vi behövde. Rummet vi bodde i var jättefint, rymligt och ljust med väldigt sköna sängar. Badrummet kunde ha varit litet bättre planerat, då handfatet var så litet att det var svårt att inte blöta ner sig och golvet. Överlag är vi väldigt nöjda med hotellet och kommer definitivt bo här igen nästa gång vi är i Stratford-upon-Avon.”

“The spa, the outdoor pool and the fine dining restaurant were all great. They gave us boots and jackets for our walk, which was great. The informal restaurant was not that great. I paid £18 for a worse than average burger. Also, there were not many cosy places to sit around with a drink or coffee. There was only one room, which could easily get crowded. Luckily, we were there on a Monday in March, so this time it wasn't but I think the occupancy was only about 25-30%.”

“This was a night away for my wife and I. We thought the facilities and room were perfect for us. The hotel was in good repair but retained its period charm. The staff could not have been more helpful. Service in the restaurant was very attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. The quality of the food served up in the evening didn't quite live up to the high quality of the rest of our stay, but it was perfectly pleasant.”
