Cozy mini apartment on large terrace with unique view, pets allowed

Through the ancient door you enter the atrium of the house, seven steps and a large corridor lead us to the large panoramic terrace which dominates much of the Magra valley, with its medieval villages and castles. From here you enter the living room with kitchenette consisting of a modern kitchen equipped with all accessories, sofa and a double-door fridge freezer. In a separate compartment we find a washing machine and a small closet. Going up the small spiral staircase we find a large bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe with drawers and 32" smart TV with satellite system with adjoining bathroom with bidet and shower and air conditioning/dehumidifier system. THE SPIRAL STAIRCASE WITH ITS METER IN DIAMETER IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOTOR DISABILITIES AND SIGNIFICANT OBESITY. The terrace, although shared, is equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs for the exclusive use of our guests. At night, thanks to the low light pollution, it becomes an excellent point of observation of the celestial vault.
Our property is located between three regions, one hour from Parma, 40 minutes from La Spezia and the 5 lands and 90 minutes from Florence.
The area is an authentic paradise for trekking lovers with infinite possibilities for routes of all levels.
Bicycle lovers are welcome and we offer shelter for their vehicles and 280 km of fully signposted MTB routes. For road cyclists, in addition to numerous hilly routes, there is the possibility of climbing the most important Apennine passes of upper Tuscany, all just a few km from our property.
The streams in the area are very suggestive and give the opportunity to practice canyoning, alone or by relying on paid expert guides who also provide the necessary equipment.
