The Palace maintains all the characteristics of its time and is composed of:

The Space itsalfe

The Suite is equipped with a queen-size bed, top of the range pillows and memory foam mattress. All rooms are independent and enjoy excellent privacy.

The living room, which represents the heart of the apartment, is a real pearl. We have tried to maintain the antiquity and historicity of the building by keeping many original features, such as the the wooden window fixtures that allow plenty of light in. We have balanced this with top quality sound insulation to isolate the building from external noise.

There is a table where you can eat meals and two comfortable armchairs where you can relax!

The kitchen is in a rustic style that transports you to a bygone era. Equipped with every comfort and all the latest generation appliances such as oven, refrigerator, microwave, stove top Moka, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.

There are two bathrooms. The main one has a toilet and deluxe shower cubicle, while a second service bathroom in the living area has just the essential items.

The jewel in the crown of the building is found in its furnishings and structure where you will find not only comfort but class at the same time!

The house is considered down to the smallest detail with elements that retain its historical identity, such as an imposing ceiling with stand out wooden beams.

Lastly, there is a storage room with a free-use washing machine, Smart Tv + NETFLIX

Please note that while Guests can access all areas of the house, the third bedroom - located in the highest part of the house - can only be used on request and with an extra cost.

A few minutes on foot from the medieval town of Civita, Palazzo Granaroli is located in a quiet and charming sidestreet in the historic center of Bagnoregio, close to all such as services, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc,. It is also about half an hour's drive from Viterbo, where you can relax at the famous Papi thermal baths. About 15 minutes by car are the charming towns of Bomarzo, Orvieto, Tarquinia and Bolsena. Our house offers groups or families the opportunity to spend a single weekend or a week's holiday.

A shuttle service with driver is also available to take you to the most evocative locations around the area!

We can organise excursions and guided tours (Bath of the Popes, Civita di Bagnoregio, Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Pitignano and much more) with discounts for our customers. We can put you in touch with Carlo, our travel agent and personal friend.

Before your arrival, we will contact you by phone or via the Airbnb chat to greet you and thank you for choosing us and to give you all the information you need.
We will always be available by telephone.
Once you arrive in Bagnoregio Sara will come to welcome you.
She will be at your complete disposal for information for the duration of your stay.
Once you have left your luggage at the house, she will take you a few meters from the property to park your car, free of charge with the parking pass provided to you upon your arrival.

Description of the Local Area

The structure is located in the historic center of Bagnoregio, where you can find all necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.; despite being located in a very quiet side street. Rich in history and tradition dating back to the 17th century, steeped in an atmosphere of bygone times, the townhouse can be reached not just from Corso Mazzini but also along a characteristic nearby street with steps leading to a small church and wash house that afford a breathtaking view over the loval area. The town of Civita di Bagnoregio is 1.5 km (0.9 miles) away on foot.

Getting Around Locally

A piece of advice to guests: for those who wish to visit the village of Civita di Bagnoregio it is perhaps better not to travel by car - it is difficult to find parking and that parking is subject to a fee while our parking is free! Furthermore, Civita is not far from our structure, just a pleasant walk away you will find yourself at the entrance to the pedestrian bridge that accesses the village. Upon arriving there you will understand why there is no photograph that can really do justice to this unique place!

Check Out

Gather used towels: You can leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
Throw away rubbish: Separate the rubbish as indicated on the various bins under the sink, so that it can then be distributed for recycling.
Turn off everything: Remember to turn off all appliances or any other things that might remain turned on in the house
Lock up: Kindly lock the house
Returning the keys: Please return your keys to Sara before departing
