“Steps from the beach, we fell asleep to the waves crashing and woke to them as well. The kids couldn’t get enough of the warm water and surf. The beach was beautiful as well with large rocks and cliffs due south, and Dominical beach proper was just north. The accommodations were as expected. 2 queen beds and very comfy. AC worked great. Only downside is exiting the driveway is pretty blind so you really need to be ready for passing traffic. But the house and stay were great. Landlord was...

“We arrived late at night and had trouble initially finding the property. Follow the directions to the location that property manager sends you prior to check in not the location of the VRBO listing. The house is amazing, views are stunning, house was well kept and we had a great time.”

“We loved the house, pool, views, and yes animals. You are in the rainforest. We loved that we could keep the bedroom door closed with AC and keep the critters out. Otherwise be ready for outdoor living. Also it did come with a difficult drive uphill on a dirt and bumpy road for 10 minutes. It was fun driving but even with our 4x4 it limited how many times we were willing to make the drive every day. The beds could be better and some small repairs were needed but not enough to dampen our time....

“The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeepers did a great job daily. The porch had a beautiful view where we drank our first cup of coffee daily. The property had many many steps making it very challenging to get to the pool or restaurant. We had to take our car each day for breakfast or dinner. The grounds were very well kept and beautiful. We ate twice in the evening. The food was expensive and mediocre. I recommend the hotel but find another place for meals. ”
