“We really enjoyed our stay at Vincent, when we checked in we got a free upgrade for our room. They were so helpful and kind at the reception, even helped us out with our laundry. Wi-Fi was working great, breakfast was good (one day we had full range buffet, the other day they took orders in advance and the last day it was a slightly smaller buffet). Very nice view from the room and hotel is close to many restaurants. Would recommend!”

“The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge.
