“We very much enjoyed a lovely one night stay at the Avoca. We had the most fantastic view from our room overlooking the sea and Mourne mountains. The room was really nicely decorated, cosy and had a large comfy bed. Everything was very clean and well presented. All the staff we came across were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent - great choice and plentiful. Overall a real gem of a stay and we will definitely be back!”

“We have previously had pretty good experiences with Premier Inn, but this time it was rather poor. When arriving we were requested to pay for the room. This surprised us a bit since we were under the impression that we already paid for it when making the reservation. We figured that the staff knew what they were talking about and hence we paid. When later checking the bank statement, I noticed that we had now indeed paid for the room twice. I went back to the reception but was informed that...

“Trevliga, rena rum, städningen fungerade utmärkt. Servicenivån hos personalen varierade en hel del. En av killarna på Concierge var oerhört hjälpsam, hjälpte till med allt vi frågade honom om. En annan vilke inte alls prata med oss. Läget är perfekt. Frukosten kan bli lätt kaotisk.”

“The room was very nice, clean with everything we needed. The reception/check in staff were amazing especially Jamie-Leigh, she was really friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for walking around the city center. Close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and next time we are staying in Belfast we will be booking here again!”

“This was a surprising gem of a find. It ticked off all the proper boxes: Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Superb communication with management regarding remote check in, check out, etc. The attached bar offers good food and drinks, and there are also many quirky and tasty places of all kinds within a 5 minute walk left or right. The location is closer to the Uni quarter than downtown, but both are within walkable range. I will definitely stay here again. l ”

“Room was clean, good size and quiet. Amenities were good (tea,coffee etc). The check in / out process was quick, simple and hassle free. The staff were courteous, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was simple but perfect for our needs. Well placed for the centre and a lovely walk to all it has to offer. Simple place, with no hassles and everything we needed.....would happily stay again.”

“Vi tyckte mycket om hotellet. Lite annorlunda och opretentiöst. Man kunde vara som man är. God frukost. Även om restaurangen var välbesökt på kvällen, stördes vi inte alls. Gångavstånd till stadens inre. Många bra restauranger runtom. När det renoverat klart blir det ännu bättre.”
