“In the area to connect with family, perfect location near Oneonta. Clean and well appointed - had everything we needed for our stay. Central air was a great perk as the weather was a bit warm. There were extra items like bottled water, coffe supplies and lots of TV viewing choices. Would love to stay again, terrific hosts!”

“This was a secluded, off the beaten path private cabin that lived up to it's description. It was the perfect getaway spot to unplug and relax. I had business in Oneonta and Cooperstown and found them both easily accessible. This rental is a great alternative to staying in a hotel or a rental in a crowded town. I highly recommend it.”

“This was a great place to stay in our favorite corner of the Catskills. The house is really nicely styled, and is very spacious and comfortable - there were 6 of us and a dog and plenty of room for all. Sarah was a super responsive and helpful host. The kids loved the games room - a great thing to have on a rainy day. And you HAVE to try eightymain restaurant just down the road - one of the best we've ever eaten in!”

“My family members were in the area for a Celebration of Life and all were from out of town. We stayed together here; this beautiful home met all our needs. Definitely well stocked, especially with paper products. My two-year-old granddaughter was more than pleased with all the toys. The hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend this home if you are a large family group looking to stay together in your travels.”

“My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”
