Relaxing Pool and Spa Beautiful NW Bakersfield

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sitting at the head of the cul-de-sac, this property is a paradise for those who enjoy the outdoors. The backyard has a grass yard with a trampoline and room to run, the covered patio includes a grill, a table and chairs for meals on the patio, a fire pit, and then there is the fully fenced, heated pool with waterfall feature and jacuzzi. Perfect house for both kids and adults to spend quality time outdoors with family and friends!
The space
The location of this property is perfect and only getting better as Bakersfield works to connect the 99 Hwy to the Westside Parkway, which is the main East-West vein connecting houses like this one on the far West side of town to any area or hot spot as you travel East. Just ~3 miles East on Hwy 58 you will find a few grocery stores and gas stations, a multitude of fast food and sit down restaurants, a few bars, a dine in movie theatre, and much more. Another~2-3 miles beyond that and you will come to the Rosedale Commons strip mall area where anything you are looking for can most likely be found.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible to our guests including the large 2-car garage bay. There is also plenty of parking in the driveway and the street and this property can easily accommodate 5 cars right in front of the house. Any hall closet within the house might also be locked and not accessible to our guests. It will be made clear if this is the case.
Other things to note
Each bedroom includes a TV with subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, Peacock, and PureFlix. Nespresso pods are provided as a gift and more can be made available upon request. The house contains a full kitchen equipped with all the necessities, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cleaning supplies, etc. It is set up to feel like your home away from home!

Pets are allowed under some circumstances. Host approval and an additional pet cleaning fee will be required prior to booking so please send inquiry before booking.

During the winter months, if you would like to use the spa heater to heat the pool water, an additional surcharge will be factored in to account for the cost to run the heater for 8-12 hours straight, which is what it takes to bring pool water temp up into the 70F to 75F degree range. Again, please inquire prior to booking if you know you will want to heat the pool water.
