Ground Floor:
Open Plan Kitchen Living Area: Coach House Cottage is entered through a charming door into a bright open plan living space with a fully functional kitchen. In the lounge area there is a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV and WIFI. In the Kitchen area, there is a fully functional light blue kitchen with matching décor throughout the area. The kitchen features an oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a dining table that seats 2 guests.
At the bottom of the stairs, you’ll find some coat hooks for your coats with a traditional stone wall. Stairs rise to the first floor.

First Floor:
Master Bedroom: At the front of the home, you’ll find the Master Bedroom which has stunning views over Bakewell and the surrounding areas over Chatsworth Estate. It features a king-sized bed with luxury linens and cushions, a walk-in wardrobe and a dressing table with a light-up mirror.
Bathroom: At the rear of the cottage you’ll find a spacious bathroom which comprises a toilet, wash hand basin and a bath with shower overhead.

Outdoor Area:
At the front of the cottage, there is an outdoor area with a bistro set and is the perfect place to sit on a summer's evening overlooking the beautiful views.

Parking:
There is a designated driveway suitable for 2 vehicles opposite the front of the house.

Pet Rules:
If you are bringing your dog, please ensure they are off the furniture. If they must go on sofas, ensure that a blanket/throw is put on the sofa to ensure muddy paws don’t mark the sofa. Please notify us if you’re bringing any pets.
