Ett mysigt hotell med trevlig hjälpsam personal. Fina stora rum. Dock är stranden inte så badvänlig som man hade hoppats på. Det låg ofta uppspolade sjöborrar och döda fiskar på stranden samt att sanden i sig inte va så fin, så badskor är till att rekommenderas. De 2 poolerna som finns på hotellet hade en fin utformning och design men dock så va den ena poolen i stort behov av underhåll. Det saknades många bitar mosaik på en del ställen vilket gjorde att det blev skarpa kanter. Vid vuxen poolen finns ett stort gigantiskt träd som va väldigt fint men dock så drog den till sig en hel del fåglar som skitade ner så när man kom upp ur poolen så fick man gå på backen full med fågelbajs. Mycket blad som låg i vattnet. Annars väldigt fin natur och mysiga gemensamma ställen.

Vackra omgivningar, fint rum, men dålig service.
Mauritius var underbart vackert. Hotellets omgivningar mycket vackra, men stranden var inte bra, för mycket döda koraller och sten. Och främst mycket dåligt betyg för hotellets hantering av gluten- och laktosfri mat, de försökte och försökte men de klarade inte detta. Mycket dåligt för ett 5-stjärnigt hotell som reklamerar för att de kan hantera detta. Dessutom, en spritnota debiterades felaktigt på vårt rum, trots att namn och rumsnummer inte stämde, hotellet har uppenbarligen dålig koll. "Vi ska se över våra rutiner", ett typiskt politiker-svar. Väckning en timma för tidigt när vi hade beställt väckning. En middag på "The Fusion", en av hotellets sex restauranger gav mycket dåligt betyg. Vi beställer fisk, "catch of today", och får god fisk men inget tillbehör, ingen potatis, inget ris, etc. När vi påpekar detta kommer potatis in när middagen med fisken var avslutad. Totalintryck, omgivningarna jätte-vackra, rummet jätte-fint, ön är underbart vacker men hotellet lever absolut inte upp till fem stjärnor.

Tyvärr en service som inte lever upp till förväntningarna. Extremt långa väntetider på mat och dryck samt för att betala ex.vis lunchnotan. Detta trots mycket personal och ett hotell som var långt ifrån fullbelagt, Frånvaron av service kändes mest som den berodde på väldigt oerfaren personal. Tyvärr!

Underbart! Ligger mycket vackert. Segling,vattenskidor och andra vattenaktiviteter ingår. Bra Gym. Träningskläder och skor kan lånas för 5$.Bra pooler. Rent och snyggt. Lounge dygnet runt om man är SPG medlem. Mycket trevlig personal. Det enda vi kan anmärka på är att priserna på mat ligger väldigt högt om det inte redan ingår. Åk gärna till Grand Bay och ät på Luigis.

Schönes Resort mit nettem Personal, sauber und gepflegt. Die Qualität der Restaurants und des Frühstücks war sehr gut. Schöne Pools. Gutes Sportangebot (Yoga, Pilates, Tennis...). Es ist etwas abgelegen von den nächsten Läden und Restaurants - das geht nur mit Taxi oder Auto. Zudem ist der Strand eher etwas schmaler dort, trotzdem schön. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Excellent! Top Roomservice, schöne Pools, und Restaurants. Das Essen war hervorragend sowie der Service. Das Buffet am Morgen hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen! Sehr sauberes Hotel und ruhig gelegen. Einziger Nachteil, kein Sandstrand, viele Felsen, aber man kann den Strand des Nachbarhotels benutzen.

Fantastic post-COVID stay!
It was truly an amazing experience after not traveling for almost three years it was a beautiful unexpected experience! The staff were truly amazing, Jesh, Ashana, Adam, Neha and so many more including all the managers. Adam at the retreat even let me name a drink after me! ( the Sea Breeze, pictured). We didn’t realize it was a wellness resort when we first booked, so the food wasn’t always to our liking and preferred more variety like more Italian or Mediterranean themed nights as it was heavily based on curries and spiced foods (which is still lovely and local). However we ended up loving the wellness theme toward the end! The entertainment was also very appealing in the main lobby section, kept us entertained on the cold and rainy nights (not that many considering it’s winter!) Just overall a beautiful experience and will recommend over and over.

Such a beautiful hotel. I mean, I saw the pictures online before booking it, obviously. However, they don't do this property much justice! I was blown away by it's beauty as well as the friendliness of the staff. I remember there was a time when I mentioned that I would love to eat seafood while in Mauritius and the concierge called to one of the in-house restaurants and reserved a table for me an hour later for their 5-course seafood dinner.

The entrance to the hotel is nice and there is a nice walk way to the beach from the lobby. The adult pool was okay, but a lot of bird poo on the floor just as you enter the pool. We had to request for this to be thoroughly cleaned, which was actioned immediately. However we as the customer should not have to highlight this to the hotel managers and instead should be maintained regularly. The pool staff weren't very attentive, we had to wait over 20 minutes for a drink and it wasn't busy at all. We highlighted our concerns with the hotel manager and catering manager who quick started to make changes to the operations of the hotel and we could see a big difference after a few more hours. The service got better from day 2 onwards and pretty much all the staff knew our names and greeted us nicely throughout the stay.

We arrived earlier, than check-in time (3 pm), so we know we need to wait maximum till 3pm. Unfortunately at 3:35pm our room was still not ready... Around 3:45pm we get our room, but we didn't understand why we wait that long time, because our room wasn't cleaned properly... We made a half board upgrade, so we get dinner, but the food was not really good. Every night was "International" and one additional type of food. The International here mean = Indian food...... The hotel in and out was nice, the workers are helpful (not everyone), but for this price the food need to be perfect as well....

If you want a mediocre resort with TERRIBLE service, the Westin is your resort. I cannot tell you how disappointed we were with our stay here. No one in the entire resort ever smiled at us or offered help. It felt like a bad cruise ship! It was overcrowded with a fend for yourself attitude. The gym is worse than any Holiday Inn. it was a small white room with tiny windows, trash everywhere, no wipes or towels, and VERY dirty equipment. The food was awful, but the nonexistent service was what was most disappointing. Our room also leaked water and smelled like mildew. The room offers no privacy as it has no doors or solid walls between the bathroom and bedroom. We went three days with no new towels or cleaning of our room...yet they always remembered to check the mini bar!!!! Obviously, money was the only concern here. When the cleaning staff finally came, it was at 10 pm!!!!! Unacceptable! I would never, ever stay there again or recommend it.

Great amenities, high level of customer service and attention to detail. The front office manager Aldo was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. He made sure that everything were up to standard. Accessible eateries, 3 restaurants at the resorts. The resort is located at seafront with a beautiful view. I particularly loved the pool with a poolside bar which was very convenient

Sehr ruhiges Hotel in traumhafter Lage mit einzigartigem Service rund um die Uhr. Jeder Mitarbeiter im Hotel ist bemüht, dem Gast einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die unterschiedlichen a la carte Restaurants bieten sehr gute Speisen an. Das Kangan ist das beste indische Restaurant in dem wir jemals gegessen haben. Auch die Restaurants am Strand sind einfach top! Das Servicepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Einen besonderen Dank an Vimal, Tarun und Yashveena vom Kangan Restaurant und Renoo vom Mystique Restaurant, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllten! Das Hotel wirkte an keinem Tag unseres Aufenthalts überfüllt - es gab immer genug Sonnenliegen am Pool sowie auch am Strand und einen Tisch in den Restaurants ohne Wartezeiten. Reinigung der Zimmer wurde mehrmals täglich durchgeführt. Wir hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder!

Goed hotel, eten en drinken is prima! Personeel probeert wel 5* waardige service te leveren maar slaagt hier helaas niet in. Ze proberen het wel, zecdoen hun best, maar een cursus hoe de gasten te voorzien van een 5* expierence kunnen sommigen wel gebruiken. Ik wil de marriot (westin) dit ok graag adviseren hier in te investeren. Verder asl je hier boekt zorg dan dat je de restaurants waar je wilt eten reserveert up front, want toen wij er waren was alles al volgeboekt. Dankzij mijn bonvoy elite status en een gesprek met de hotel manager alsnog plek voor ons kunnen regelen. Maar hou hier rekening mee dus!

서비스가 너무 별로에요. 체크아웃하려고 버기를 부르면 1시간을 넘게 기다려야해요. 버기 오는데 5분도 안걸리는데 전화해서 왜 안보내주냐고 물으면 자꾸 5분 전에 보냈다며 거짓말을 계속해요. 예정된 스케줄 다 취소했음. 올인클루시브 예약해봤자 식당이나 익스커션 예약할 수가 없었어요. 이미 한 주 일정이 꽉 찾다며 받지 않아요. 친절한 척하나 친절하지 않음. 시간과 기분을 아주 거지같이 날려서 여행의 마지막 날을 짜증으로 보냄.

Very Average Hotel
Slow check in. Slow service in restaurants and extraordinarily high food costs (even for Mauritius). General feeling is that there is no leadership team running the hotel - and things just drift along at a pace which the staff decide on the day.

今回、キングベッド2台の部屋を予約していたが、用意されていたのは、ベッド1台の部屋だった。変更を依頼したところ、2ベッドの部屋は空いていたが、このホテルには、キングベッド2台の部屋はないと言われ、結果的にクイーンベッド2台の部屋になった。長時間フライトで疲れていたところなかなか部屋に入れず辛かったので、部屋情報は正しく掲載していただきたいと思った。
