“Book an overnight stay and the checkin process was easy BUT the room was not cleaned. Bed and sheets were not folded nor was the trashed cleaned. Although the housekeeping staff marked it as cleaned. The staff checked the room for other guests as well before they went into their assigned room. The pool was not working.
