It was extremely hot inside there. There was a portable a/c unit that had a hose running up to a windows but it would not stay up there. Everything it fell it would just blow all the hot air inside. Buge windows and sliding glass door faced west so basically all day sun and the large window didn't have a blind or anything to help block tbe sun out. The ad says access to the dock but as soon as we got there we were told to stay off the dock. Heavy equipment outside the loft trying to put in a boat launch ,this went on for numerous days. And last but not least the abundance of spiders. Unbelievable amou t of them. The home owners did provide bug spray that we found u Der the counter but even bringing our own was no match for the amount of spiders we dealt with.Othef than that the views are wonderful and all in all there wasn't all that much noise considering..the location is great. Doesn't take long to get to just about anything that you may need.

Stayed for a long weekend while visiting our son at Syracuse University. This was a fine, affordable spot to stay. Marc checked in often and was there to help.

This was just the place for my solo time! The view was awesome, the place was cozy and the bed was amazing. The kitchen had everything I needed. I had a few concerns which Marc addressed promptly. Definitely would go back.
