Cozy mountain escape near Como lake

The Cozy Mountain Escape is a spacious ground-floor studio with a well-equipped kitchen, a recently renovated bathroom, and a large open-plan living area divided by a wooden screen into a living and sleeping area.
The highlight of the living area is the pellet fireplace , which creates a warm and authentic mountain atmosphere. You'll also find two comfortable armchairs, a 43-inch smart TV, and a large dining table, perfect for relaxing after a day outside.
The sleeping area, separated from the living space, offers a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including an induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher .
The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower cabin, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine for guest use.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, with access through a quiet interior courtyard. Despite being right in the center of Ballabio , a few steps from shops, bars and restaurants, it remains quiet and well protected from outside noise.
From Ballabio, you can reach Lecco and Lake Como in a few minutes by car, making it the perfect base for those who want to explore both the lake and the mountains while enjoying a cool and peaceful stay. The Piani di Bobbio ski resort is also just a 10-minute drive away.
Note: while the access to the apartment is step-free from the courtyard , there is a small step between the living area and the kitchen/bathroom, so it's almost but not completely accessible.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
