"Very charming little guesthouse right in Ella town but not on the main street. Nice breakfast served on the balcony. Hot water ran out on our first night but not on the second. "

"The manager was absolutely great and deserves a raise!! So helpful and service minded. The rooms were good But…. This is not a place for the light sleeper or someone with difficulty walking. The area around is quite loud and the train at 5am is probably going to wake you up no matter where in Ella you’re trying to sleep. The walk to the hotel is short but really steep like REALLY STEEP. The kitchen staff is never there even though it says you can order food til 8 pm so it’s impossible to get food, you simply have to walk down the hill and up again WiFi could also be better, couldn’t attend work meetings. "
