This 2 story luxury home with 4 bedroom suites including a gourmet size kitchen, living/dining area, pool and outdoor entertainment area. With incredible ocean views from almost every corner!

With plenty of lounge space for everyone to enjoy at Casa Laka, don't be surprised to see any number of Costa Rica's exotic wildlife living in the jungle bordering the property or in our beautiful landscaped gardens!

The master suite on the western side of the home features incredible ocean views, a spacious closet, full bathroom and direct access to the pool lounge area. The 3 bedrooms located on the second level of the home feature ample space as well as 2 complete bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen also includes basic cooking ingredients such as condiments, cooking oil, coffee & sugar. Also a full laundry room with detergent is included on our property and a half bath as well. Fast WiFi is available along with Chromecast and Firestick to stream content to the TV.

The community is spread out across the mountain, ensuring ultimate privacy for each home. There is a security code for the gate and the house that will be provided. Parking space for 3+ cars is available.

Please be advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required for this property. Examples of the vehicles are Toyota Highlinder, Toyota 4Runner, Mitsubishi Montero Suzuki Grand Vitara 4x4 or similar. Hyundai’s have a difficult time going up the mountain.
