"Our stay at Elite World Grand was overall lovely, the hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful interior.
One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast, it was truly wonderful, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that we looked forward to every morning.
The only downside was the experience before arrival. We had contacted the hotel to help us arrange a taxi from the airport, and although they initially responded, the communication eventually stopped completely. We were left without clear information and had to arrange a taxi on our own last minute, which was quite stressful after a long trip.
That said, once we arrived, everything went smoothly and we had a pleasant stay. With just a bit more consistency and follow-through in their guest communication, especially before check-in, the hotel could offer an even more seamless experience.

"Incredibly service minded staff who was so happy to help with recommendations, or anything we might have asked them. On my first night there, I was supposed to meet up with friends that was already at a restaurant, and the hotel manager even walked me there to make sure I found the right restaurant. Very cosy place to stay, I would highly recommend. "
