Living room: Sofa, smart TV, air conditioning, and panoramic window with views of the sea and the Ferris wheel. Kitchen: Equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, and complete utensils for meal preparation. Laundry: Washer and dryer available in the apartment. Guest access: The guest will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. Other Observations: NO PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE! However, the building has parking spaces for rent. If you need one, please let us know in advance so we can reserve it. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the building premises. Pets are not allowed in the property.
