This spacious stone house has been renovated and tastefully decorated: wood, stone, and natural tones make this a warm and inviting home. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Les Riceys, a “Cité de Caractère” (3 km), Renoir’s House in Essoyes, hiking trails, wine testings, and winery tours… 30 minutes away: lakes and the Forêt d’Orient Natural Park (swimming, water sports, tree-top adventure courses…). 40 minutes away: Nigloland Amusement Park, Clairvaux Abbey. 50 min away: the city of Troyes (cathedral, museums, factory outlets). For safety reasons and due to the lack of suitable equipment, it is strictly prohibited to charge an electric vehicle at this vacation rental (charging stations are available within 5 km in Les Riceys and Neuville-sur-Seine). On the first floor: a large living area with a dining space and sitting area, a kitchen, 1 double bedroom with a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (this room opens onto the garden), and 2 separate restrooms. Upstairs: 1 bedroom sleeping 4 people with a bathroom (1 double bed + 2 single beds); 1 double bedroom connecting to another double bedroom, with shared bathroom facilities; 1 double bedroom connecting to a triple bedroom (1 single bed and 1 double bed), with shared bathroom facilities. Outside, you’ll enjoy a small enclosed garden with patio furniture (accessible from the ground-floor bedroom), a plancha grill, lounge chairs, a relaxation area, a private parking space located in front of the cottage and surrounded by a fence, and a petanque court.
