I made a reservation at this hotel about a month before my travel date, flew across the country and arrived to a hotel that was out of business. I was not notified by the hotel or AARP/Expedia in advance, Expedia do find me anoter hotel, but it was a stressful process.

I thought I would like the old time feel, but found it to be more outdated than I'd like. Safe was unable to be reset and in a very strange position in the closet. No parking on site, had to park next door, not a bad price for downtown but loading and unloading for seniors is difficult. Some good food very, very close but streets at night seemed overwhelmed with locals, traffic. Not exactly the perfect location.

Why would I even get a review the place was closed I booked it I was never told it was closed so I never got to stay here. If it's still showing up do not book. Expedia was great they help me find another hotel right away

The hotel was closed when we arrived. We had a reservation and no one got in touch with us. We were standing in the heat with our suitcases under the sun reading a sign that said that the hotel was closed.

Pay a little more and stay elsewhere
Bed sheets were stained, light fixtures broken, walls gouged with cuts and damage, some walls drawn on with pen and crayons. AC unit was inadequate. TV cable was loose and offered fuzzy picture. I would never stay at this property again.

It was a nice and cozy stay. I had an issue with paying $22 for parking. I could’ve paid an extra $22 elsewhere for a better room with parking.

The lobby was nice, and people at front desk were helpful. None of the amenities on the website were available, no on-site parking, parking garages next door were all closed, rooms were filthy and not well kept, no housekeeping. However, it was cheap and fine for the purpose of staying a night or 2. You get what you pay for.

No one at the desk to check in for about 1/2 hour facility not very clean old dirty furniture in lobby carpets dirty room was fairly clean but VERY VERY LOUD on outside rooms facing the street

A certain film noirish feel
This is a difficult hotel to rate. The air conditioner was magnificent on a 95 degree day. There was an in room coffee maker. Didn't use the TV. On the other hand, the room had a decidedly 40's film noir feel. A bit run down but clean, oldish furnishings. All fine for a one night stay at a very reasonable rate. Not a great area, but if you're visiting Baltimore there are no great areas.

The tone of this establishment was less hospitable than a homeless shelter. The staff-both the so-called trainee and the putative manager were the least gracious and accommodating facilities staff I have ever encountered in my travels, literally coast to coast. I have been to the 48 contiguous states and Alaska; from Sitka to Key West.This establishment redefines the bottom of the barrel. I canceled and checked into alternative accommodations. Adding “Inner Harbor” to the name of this location is an insult to its surroundings. I realize Ms Dang is in business to make money. The treatment I received is a guarantee of no repeat trade and no referrals. Beyond insulting; truly sad.

Based on the reviews for this place our expectations were low. But it turned out to be a perfectly fine hotel located in a great neighborhood. We walked to the inner harbour in 5min. The AC worked fine, clean towels and sheets, and even coffee in the room. Yes, the building is old and can use some renovation, but the price is fair for what you get

Need warmth and welcoming smile.
The first day was great. The reception was welcoming. The room and bathroom were clean. The wallpaper was either peeling or torn in the room in some spots. The housekeeper did a fabulous job. I requested a mini-refrigerator which was placed in the room. I was told it will take time but it was never put in the room. I also requested towels but they were never put in the room. The hotel is advertised for complimentary breakfast but I was told at the reception that there is no complimentary breakfast. Overall, my experience was pleasant. However, I would suggest the management have people at the reception be cordial, warm, and smiling.

Hotel information is not up to date or accurate!!
First of all NO PARKING AT THIS HOTEL AT ALL HAD TO PARK ACROSS THE STREET AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL PARKING LOT AND HAD TO PAY THEN WALK MULTIPLE TIMES BACK AND FORTH TO THE CAR JUST TO GET ALL OUR STUFF IN THE ROOM No WiFi in the rooms only WiFi available in the lobby No REFRIGERATOR in the rooms No MICROWAVE in the rooms had to buy ice multiple times to keep my baby’s milk cold Housekeeping never came once to clean or give us new toiletries or towels The tv remote had tape on the battery’s Barley worked for the tv The cable tv stations that were available were all static and grainy couldn’t even see the picture horrible experience this was an Mother’s Day trip and turned out very dissatisfied The rollaway extra bed were not available front desk acted as if This was not even an option but then said this would have to be requested a week before so they can pick it up and have it available LIKE WHAT???? None of this was stated in my before booking information this was a very big inconvenience for me and my family’s trip
