“Have been here many times always great”

“My room smelled bad. Was unable to accommodate with adjoining rooms. No continental breakfast although it was advertised. The beds were comfortable at least, the pillows no so much. Overall it served its purpose as a cheap place to stay close to what we came for.”

“We only stayed one night after we flew back from the Bahamas to BWI airport. We used the hotels free shuttle services. Very convenient. The room was very nice. The only thing was they advertised having a restaurant but they did not. They did have some breakfast food to microwave and some pastries. Although there is a restaurant across from the hotel that was very good.”

“Complimentary daily hot breakfast buffet was tasty. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room furniture and furnishings were comfortable and clean - No odors.”

“Check in process was terrible as I arrived at 2:30 pm and the receptionist said at first I would have to pay an early check-in fee, then he said there were no rooms ready, and I explained to him I had to go to work and would not be back after midnight, since I work at the hospital, but he never said that the front door and the main lobby will be closed after 11 pm and I'd have to dial in from the phone for the night attendant to come let me in. It was a mess overall. The room was fine, except...
