“Our room was clean and the staff was polite. The lobby and breakfast areas needed a little attention. Breakfast choices were very limited compared to the other 5 hotels where we stayed on this trip. Overall it was not bad, Small improvements could be made.”

“The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable andwe liked the separate living area. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had, and fixing our TV when we couldn't figure it out. Plenty of parking, but there were huge potholes around the back parking.”

“Designated breakfast area was blocked off but restaurants are within walking distance. Parking felt safe, security patrolling at night. ”

“Key wouldn’t work for the room so they just used the master key since computer didn’t work?”

“The staff was so thoughtful and kind. I had called earlier because I knew we were going to be a late check in because of the concert we were attending. Traffic after the concert was so bad we were stuck in a parking lot for hours. It called again and the counter person on duty said our key was ready and waiting and not to stress. When we got there we walked right in. They gave us a key and asked if we needed any water or anything else after our stressful traffic experience. The room was...

“Staff was nice but room was filthy. Pure on the seats, hair on the floor. Used towels, people smoking pot in the hallways.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby, pool, and breakfast area were all very clean. Our room was "surface clean". Cobwebs and dust in corners, as well as the edge of the room needing a good vacuum to remove dust, hair and food crumbs. It worked for our needs, as we were barely in the room aside from sleeping and showering, but could definitely be cleaner.”

“This was my first stay at Tru but won't be my last. It is convenient (close to the airport) and clean. It's definitely a "millennial hotel" (bright colors, lots of open workspace and pool table in the lobby), but as a "Boomer" I appreciated the energy (affirmations on the front door, young staff). It's fairly new, and smelled fresh. The bathroom hand soap is everything!”
