“Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. ”

“Loved the design of the property and the little details like the “shop this room” and the white noise machine! Lovely room setup so cute and also very sustainable, such a well curated aesthetic! One thing is the toilet hanger kept falling which was a little inconvenient, and I couldn’t find any tissues so I had to use toilet paper, but other than that I loved our stay and the cafe!!”

The valet team was incredibly welcoming — super friendly, greeted me right away, and walked me to the elevator while explaining where to go for check-in. “Centralt läge, precis vid tunnelbanan, 10 minuter buss till/från stationen och gångavstånd till Inner harbour, M&T Bank Stadium och Oriole Park. Vacker historisk byggnad. Mycket rent, trevlig personal. Bra standard på rummet även om det märktes att underhållet var lite eftersatt. ”

“The hotel was located in a ruff area. Lot of broken people outside the lobby entrance. The police came to the Hotell street several times a day. The people in the reception/lobby don’t know anything about Baltimore. The receptionist had to ask the nice old cleaner in the lobby we’re the train station were located. Our hotel room was very dirty. Guests that the hotel were very high on drugs. We pay 320$/night for this crappy Hotel. ”

“We had a nice stay. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome (with very nice and high water pressure)! The staff there were very kind and helpful too. Will stay again next time in town. ”
