High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, kettle, dishes, and all essentials for cooking and dining. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Except for the bathroom, all rooms have real wood parquet. Two terraces (25 sqm and 35 sqm, partly covered) face east and south. Sun loungers, a charcoal grill, and ample garden furniture are provided.

Our holiday apartments are located near the charming Sauerland town of Balve, right by the forest and surrounded by greenery. A small stream flows across the property into a trout pond in front of the house—nature in perfect balance. Guests describe the atmosphere as wonderfully relaxing. In summer, our own sheep graze the large meadow, adding to the tranquility. Several hiking trails start directly at the country house. The Balve Cave, Europe’s largest cultural cave, is just six minutes away. Luisenhütte and the castles of Wocklum and Melschede invite you to explore. Cycling and mountain biking start at your door; experienced guides can be booked for an additional fee. Numerous restaurants, sports facilities, and winter sports options complete the offer.
