“The hotel was great and very clean!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included, however we purchased breakfast from Coaches restaurant and it was worth it! Very good food. Another nice perk is free shuttles to the midway airport.”

“The hotel itself is excellent—brand new, clean, modern, and well maintained. The amenities and overall atmosphere made for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, our check-in experience on the evening of May 31 was disappointing. The front desk associate was on a phone call for about ~10–15 minutes while guests waited in line and did not acknowledge anyone waiting. A simple greeting or update would have gone a long way. When we finally checked in, it was difficult to get clear answers to questions...

“This will be my one & only stay at this motel. I wasn't expecting much, but I was nervous about sleeping here. Stains on the floor, walls & shower curtain left me with trepidations. The toilet was frightening because not only the toilet seat move, the ENTIRE commode did as well! Also, I've never had place that wanted to charge EXTRA for a late checkout of 2 hrs.... UNACCEPTABLE! The only good attributes are that it's near great public transportation & close the airport. Think twice before...

“It is in a very nice location and it is a nice property. I think the rooms could have a better appeal with nice quilt covers or some type of cover not sheet. The pillow cases had stains on them and also providing extra set of pillows for sleeping. Love the flooring! The bathroom adding soap dishes even if you don’t supply toiletries. The price is reasonable and l am glad of that and was a blessing! Just a few things to add but a nice place. Having someone over your head that walked all night not...

“ I had Penthouse Room 300.There was a mouse in my room running around 3 days I also found small tubes of crack on the stair i wanted a refund , but they told me it would take three days before I get my money back and I couldn't afford pay somewhere else room service bag had to walk downstairs to get fresh towels all out bad a nightmare i wish i could uploaded the video i recorded the mouse no lie”
